This is soooo cozy! It's working beautifully at keeping my neck warm while not adding a ton of bulk under my coat. So far, it's getting a lot of use at outdoor dining venues that I brave on the occasional sunny day but also just out and about in general. I bought two and am looking forward to giving the other one to my sister for her birthday!

Customer service was exceptional~ it took longer than usual due to a broken arm recovery. She was upfront & apologetic but I also bought it before it got chilly outside so I was in no rush. She even included a beanie to enjoy, it just happens to match my eyes, hahaha. The cowl is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I’m in love with the finished product and it’s So Warm! I Highly recommend purchasing from Shannon at New Humans~ I believe this is the Marble color...
