ORDERING
My timeline for orders may vary, based on my calendar availability and the size of your order. BOOK EARLY to reserve your place on my calendar! Generally, I will take 10-14 days per 100 envelopes. I am usually able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee if you need your envelopes within a quicker timeframe. To set up your custom order, please contact me by email at info [!at] yellowrosecalligraphy.com or by clicking the link at the top of this listing, and provide the following information:
• Your name
• Your email address
• Date by which you need envelopes ready
• Items and quantity desired for calligraphy (i.e., 40 outer envelopes, 40 return addresses, 40 inner envelopes, 40 response envelopes)
• Ink color and envelope color
• Calligraphy style (Vivian, Lucille, Estelle, Brush Lettering, Script-Block Mix)
PROCESS
Once I receive your information, I will contact you with a price quote and finalize the details of your order with you. I will then set up a custom listing for a 50% deposit. You will mail me your envelopes and email me a Word or Excel document containing your list of names and addresses. After I receive these, I will create a sample and send a photo for your approval. I will then hand-letter each envelope for you in the style and color you have chosen and send you your beautifully calligraphed envelopes within the timeline we have discussed (upon receipt of your final payment).

• No extra charge based on envelope or ink color
• I will calligraph each name and address *exactly* as you have written it on the document you provide to me, so please be sure to double (or triple!) check that all the names and addresses are spelled correctly and written exactly as you’d like them to appear (i.e., Mr & Mrs/Mr. and Mrs., and/&/+, Texas/TX, Drive/Dr., No./Unit/Apt./Apartment, etc.)
• I can work with metallic envelopes; however, textured envelopes may not be conducive to calligraphy and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Please provide 20% extra envelopes to account for human error, as well as any last-minute additions or corrections. (So, if you need 100 envelopes calligraphed, you will need to order/provide 120.)
• I will ship your envelopes back via USPS Priority Mail. The cost of shipping will vary, depending on the size of your order.
