In the drop down menu if you select "Butterfly Kisses" (your frame will appear like the frame in the photos and no mock up will be sent), OR if you select "Song of your choice", simply copy and paste the ACTUAL WORDS you want on your frame with correct punctuation and spelling at checkout. **DO NOT just list the song's title and singer, DO NOT state a song website for me to reference, and DO NOT take a screen shot or photo of the lyrics and send in an attachment. Copy and paste the ACTUAL WORDS you want into the "comments to seller" section at checkout (some people prefer partial or customized lyrics).

Once I receive your order, I will begin working on a mock up for you to review sent via Etsy Convo within 2 to 3 days. I want you to L-♥-V-E your frame, so I am more than happy to make ANY and as MANY changes as you like until you are 100% happy before production begins :)) ****Note- if you choose a frame with "My Little Girl" you will not receive a mock up. Your frame will appear like the listing photos.

All frames are l♥vingly handmade upon order and take 8 to 10 days to complete before shipping to your desired location. Each piece comes ready to gift in our signature wrapping, and we love to include gift cards if you message us at checkout with your special note. Before we ship, each order is meticulously packaged to ensure a safe arrival. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day arrival time decided by USPS) with a courtesy Tracking Number emailed to you. USPS Priority Mail includes $50 Shipping Insurance. You have the option at check out to add an additional amount of Shipping Insurance to cover the entire cost of your frame for a minimal amount shown at checkout.
