The beautiful, hand-painted Easter eggs have a unique pattern.
They are approximately the size of a chicken egg and each Easter egg is individually designed and rich in detail. Each egg is unique, which is why the patterns can vary.

The Pysanky style is one of the traditional handicrafts in Ukraine with a history of over 1000 years.
The word "Pysanka" comes from the verb "pysaty", which means "to write".
The method is similar to the tie-dye pattern. A pattern is painted on the Easter eggs with wax. This is to protect the areas where no drawing is done. Repeats create a multi-colored pattern.
