I purchased this for a friend for Mother's Day and she was thrilled! It looks as beautiful as the picture! We looked it over from top to bottom, and inside out; just perfect in every way. The embroidery was just as beautiful as the picture, too! This is a quality product. I am very happy with my purchase!

This bag is great. Embroidery was good. Communication with good except for one thing. I asked for writing to be in white. They did the name in dark blue & you have a hard time seeing name since they did dark blue on black. I figured all writing would be in white. Make sure to let them know you want it all one color because it’s not stated anywhere that they do it in different color
