Handmade scroll invitation comes with 1 insert or 1 RSVP card with envelope. The envelope and box is made out of premium grade metallic finish card stock. Artwork proofing:
Upon receipt of the invitation wording, the artwork proofs will be sent in 2-4 business days. If any reviews and revisions in the artwork proofs requested by the customer, the revised artwork proofs will be sent in the next business day. The color artwork proofs are for color, design and layout verification. Any metallic finish on paper or fabric stock will not available on the digital color proof. Any decoration and the embellishment will not available on the digital color proof.

Printing process:
Printing process will be strictly started upon customer's final proofs approval only. If any delay occurred to getting customer's final approval, the job will be on hold. If the customer's final approval is received the printing process will be started from the next business day.

Turnaround timing:
Normal Turnaround Timing: Scroll Invitations with printing: 3-4 business weeks after the final art work approval is received.

Shipping turnaround:
Domestic Shipping: I use USPS, UPS & FedEx to ship out the orders. The shipping time vary by coast to coast. Normally it will be 2-5 business days anywhere in the USA.
International shipping: I use FedEx International Priority/ Economy mode service.

International Orders:
The displayed flat rate shipping charge applicable only to the domestic orders in USA only. For the international orders extra shipping cost will be calculated and quoted by email. Upon receipt of the shipping cost all the orders will be processed. For international shipments, the shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by me, or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. As this may differ from country to country, I'm not able to give you an accurate estimate unfortunately. Please check with your country's customs for details terms and/or regulations for incoming shipments from an international country.
