Do you accept cancellations?

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS - once it is placed, we pull your item from the warehouse and package it up. Those that had it saved in their carts are made aware that it sold so they move on to another item of interest. We also are a small business so money that comes in, goes right back out for the expenses of the business and to keep the inventory fresh and rotating. So this is why, I have this policy, so that my family business can stay in operation.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No, we do not accept returns of any kind. We do not give refunds. We have detailed descriptions and show many pictures of the items. It is your responsiblity to Read those descriptions, look at the pictures and ASK questions. We ship promptly according to the timelines we post and many times even sooner. If your item arrives late, it is 100% due to postal or weather delays and nothing we are responsible for. Do not blame us or retaliate with negative feedback.

This is the most frustrating one. It is not possible to buy something by mistake when you have to add it to your cart. Shipping is added and tallied up. Then you have to add your credit card payment. If you have several things in your cart and they're from different sellers, it asks you if you want to check out together or you can purchase each item individually. Therefore, along with our other no cancellation policy, this reason to cancel is not viable or honored.
