We add a piece of paper with a quote for each purchased jewelry. Earrings are packed in a protective box. Then everything is packed in a double bubble wrap for better protection.

You can cancel an order (the one that is not personalized). You have 14 days from receiving the jewelry to do so. When the return reaches me, I will refund you the entire amount you paid when placing the order. You return the goods at your own expense. Contact me and we'll work out the details.

The length of necklaces and bracelets are given in "cm" and "inch".
The size of pendants and earrings also is given in "cm" and "inch".

To prevent damage, please don't use jewelry in the bathroom, pool, sea, dishwasher, and while sleeping. If you keep away from the spray, hand cream, parfume, can be use for many years while maintaining the brightness.
All jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver without nickel.
-Sterling Silver (This material may require polishing from time to time due to natural oxidation. You can easily restore the shine with a soft cloth)
-Sterling Silver Gold Plated- The product is covered with 24 carat gold. The product is coated with two layers of gold: the backing layer and a terminal, which makes the element more sturdy.

We send elements from Poland (Europe), via polish postal office international air mail.
