We personalize each jacket with authentic appliqué embroidery, the same process used on real firefighter turnout gear. We are also the only business to offer this specialized personalization method. Additionally, we provide custom-made tails (January - July) that match the gear of various fire departments, to include the placement of name plates at the bottoms of the bunker coats.

Your child’s last name and/or fire department (you choose) are stitched directly on the coat using appliqué letters for a realistic, official look. Each piece takes more than an hour to craft, ensuring precision, durability, and one-of-a-kind authenticity.

What’s Included in the Kid’s Firefighter Costume:

Choice of Black or Tan Uniform

Appliqué personalization of Name, last name (usually on the lower part of the coat ) and/or Fire department (usually on the top)

Adjustable bib overalls with red suspenders and pockets

2/3: 25–33 lbs, height 32–36”
4/6: 32–50 lbs, height 35–44”
6/8: 48–62 lbs, height 42–50”
8/10: 54–86 lbs, height 48–56”
12/14: 80-110 lbs, height 54-60” - TAN ONLY

Sizing Tip: These uniforms are costume-fit, not tailored clothing. If your child is at the higher end of the specs, order the next size up so they can enjoy their personalized kids’ firefighter costume longer.

Because each uniform is permanently personalized, returns are not accepted due to sizing issues. Please measure carefully before placing your order. Too big to start is better than too small.
