How will my item arrive? Is it gift wrapped?

Every piece in our shop arrives securely in a jewelry box. If you would like gift wrapping, we will wrap your box with a elegant satin ribbon - just choose gift wrapping at checkout. We don't include any pricing with the package. The only exception is on the customs forms for International shipping.

I'm in a rush. How do I get my item faster?

We offer upgraded shipping! It can be purchased when you are checking out.

Oh no! I ordered the wrong length. What do I do now?

Please check out our policy section. We have a few options to help you get the length you need.

I'm sending this as gift directly to the recipient. How do I include a note or gift receipt?

No problem! On the check out page, click the box that says "This order is a gift" and then "Add gift message for free", then type your message in the box. We will include your note with the package - free of charge. If you would like a gift receipt included in the package please let us know in the "Note to seller" section when ordering.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days and exchanges for 30 days on non-custom and non-personalized items. Shipping costs are non refundable. Please send us a message on Etsy to start the process.
