The colorful glass hearts (diameter 1.5 cm) are strung on a Wire Cable Choker Necklace - 18" (46 cm), fitted with a screw clasp as shown in photos. Wire Thickness: 1 mm.

Тo make this necklace I used a quality Murano glass.
You can choose a necklace of six color combinations: blue and transparent, blue and yellow, yellow and red, blue and dark blue, green and yellow, red and white.
