I dispatch within 3-5 days, generally sooner, and if you let me know that your order is urgent I will always try to dispatch on the day of order.
This means that generally delivery within the UK will be 5 - 7 business days from order time.
Please remember to contact me before purchase if time is short.

Please do remember that it can take 8-16 business days from UK to America; up to 28 business days to Australia; 3-5 business days to EU countries. It can take up to a month to be delivered in Canada.

Tracking to America, Australia, and EU countries is not available on the standard economy delivery option.
If you would like your item tracked, then you MUST choose the more expensive track and sign delivery option at checkout

From 4 May 2019, I include covers for all oval charms. I will shortly adjust listings on the square / oblong / round charms to include covers

I always send a message to tell you when the charm has been dispatched. Delivery times are stated above. PLEASE notify me immediately if delivery time has overrun. It is very difficult to rectify a problem if I am not notified in good time.
