PAYMENT METHOD
I accept payment through Etsy Direct Checkout. This includes debit/credit card, PayPal and Etsy gift cards.

TAXES
Sales tax will apply to all orders shipped within the state of Washington.

Payment is due in full before I will begin work on your item. If you would like to see a paper proof of an invitation or announcement before ordering, please purchase 1 item from the listing. A photo proof will be provided at no cost.

SHIPPING TIMES
Please note that shipping times are in addition to production time. Buyers are encouraged to read each listing carefully for information on applicable production time before an item will be available to ship.

***Shop will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to post office error, holidays, employee strike, weather, etc. ***

SHIPPING METHODS
Most items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail with tracking information.
Orders weighing 1oz or less will be (if necessary) carefully folded and mailed in a standard envelope. They may or may not have tracking information.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Standard delivery time within the continental United States is 2-5 business days from the date of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please keep in mind that customs processing in your home country may delay delivery of your package beyond quoted times. If your item is needed by a certain date, please plan accordingly and order well in advance of the date required. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
North America: 2-4 weeks
Everywhere Else: 2-6+ weeks

RUSH ORDERS & DELAYS
Standard shipping times will be considerably longer during holiday seasons (i.e. Christmas, New Year's, Mother’s Day, etc.). Please plan accordingly and order your items well in advance of the time needed. If you need an item sooner, please add the rush processing listing to your cart or contact me for a custom listing.

***NO REFUNDS will be made for a post-office delay on rush shipping/processing.***

PACKAGING
All items are hand-packed by me. In order to reduce the carbon footprint, I use the least amount of packing materials possible, while still ensuring your items arrive safely. I reserve the right to reuse packing materials provided that they are clean and in good condition.

***In the event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact me for a replacement. Photos of the item(s) and ALL packaging are required.***

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

REFUNDS
In the event that I make an error or your product is defective (please refer to shipping policies), I will send you a replacement, free of charge.

EXCEPTIONS
Because of the nature of custom design work, I am unable to offer a refund once production has started. If an order is cancelled prior to production, customers will receive a refund minus the cost of any applicable design fees.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I will not begin work on a custom order until it has been paid in full and design specifications have been made. Once I have received payment and instructions, I will work up a proof. Your item will not be printed and/or cut until the proof has been approved, therefore your quick response time is critical in order to ensure your item is processed quickly and efficiently.

PROOFS
Design proofs give the buyer a way to identify any mistakes or inconsistencies before their item is printed and/or cut. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully review all proofs and identify mistakes (made by either the buyer or myself). No refunds will be given due to design errors once a proof has been approved.

COLORS
All monitors display colors a little differently. The actual color of your item may vary a bit from what is shown on your screen.
Please contact me for a sample if you need an exact color match.

HANDMADE
All items in my shop are handmade, meaning each piece is unique; no two items will be exactly the same. These differences are part of what gives these items their character and charm.
