Do I need any specific software on my computer to edit the templates?

No. All editable templates are editable right in your browser with the Templett Online editing tools. You'll edit your template at http://templett.com. This is the easiest way to edit templates!

Do I need to download any fonts?

No. All fonts are accessible when editing your templates in the Templett app. You don't need any special fonts downloaded on your computer. We have many available fonts to choose from.

Can i edit more than just the text?

Absolutely, we have demo templates available to test out at http://templett.com/design/demo/mintedmemories. You can see exactly how easy the editing process is before you make a purchase.

Are there refunds if i change my mind?

We are so confident you'll love your template, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. It's that simple. Watch out, most template shops do not offer refunds!

What can I edit on the template?

You can edit everything. All text is completely editable. You can move, edit, change the color, and delete all of the text unless otherwise noted in the listing description. All images are editable. You can move, resize, and delete all images. You can even add your own images. The only thing not editable is the color of an image.

How do i access my template?

Within minutes of placing your order, an email will be sent (from Templett) with your access link. This email is sent to the email address attached to your order. Please allow up to 10 minutes for Templett servers to communicate with Etsy servers and gather the relevant information to compile and send the email with your access link. If you don't see the email after 10 minutes please check your spam folder as they can sometimes end up there.
