Beware… Transaction went fine until I processed a return. Seller‘s conversation turned angry and bitter. I invite Etsy customer care to review our messages to see why seller got unsatisfactory review. It was disturbing for me.

I added a free gift of a sand dollar and starfish to this jewlery order. Buyer said she would return free gifts with the bracelet and instead kept them and demanded a full refund, which I gave her as soon as I recieved the bracelet. When I objected to her keeping the frre gifts, she decided to misuse the review process.
