Yes, absolutely! You can email the logo file to us (atxprintingco@gmail.com) or attach it to a message here on Etsy. We'll add the logo to your card and make sure it looks perfect!

Yes, absolutely! We will happily work one-on-one with you to personalize your card so that it's customized to your needs. Just send us a message and we will make note of it for your order.

We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. If an order is canceled, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design work, etc.) and processing fees will be subtracted from your refund. The minimum is $10.

Since each order is unique and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.

You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order of any defects discovered in the ordered product and return 100% of the received product within 5 business days (on your own expense) from the time when the ordered was delivered.

If you have not received your order, please check the tracking number on your order receipt to see what the issue may be. Once your order has shipped it is no longer under our direct control. Any issues with shipment must be directed to USPS Customer Service.

ATX Printing is not liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, customer error or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Ordering is quick and easy!

Step 1: Choose your card design & add it to your cart. Include the info you want on the card in the "Personalization" box on the listing.

Step 2: After purchase, we will create a proof for you to review & approve before printing. You will receive a proof within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend turnaround varies.

Step 3: Once you have reviewed & approved your proof, we will start printing immediately.

Step 4: Print time takes an estimated 3-4 business days.

Step 5: Once your cards are printed, they are packed & shipped directly to you via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 business days.
