Amazingly beautiful plant, wrapped carefully and shipped quickly, at over a foot tall it exceeded my expectations, it seems to have survived the journey quite well, the leaves are all in great shape, thank you!

I don't get it. I live in Phoenix. These are supposed to do great here but they are struggling. I gave them well-draining soil and partial shade for a few days before finally full morning sun. All the leaves are yellow with little spots. Perhaps I overwatered. That's usually when I get yellow leaves. I have dozens of succulents and cacti that are thriving so I feel like I know how to do this. We'll see if they perk back up again with a bit more shade for a few days. Or should I go with more sun? These are baffling plants for me. Apologies for rambling.

The tree was and is still alive upon arrival but not what I was expecting. I asked if it was pictured, as I seen the wonderfully knotted root tree the first several pictures, but towards the back there was a very plain tree, basically a stick with leaves. I was told "no" that the tree I'd receive was actually much better. I'm "ok" with my tree, as I am a tree lover, but felt I was somewhat deceived. I tried messaging the seller as asked to do before leaving my review, but a week later, no reply. I can't say I'll never shop here again, I'll just assume the picture hidden in the back is what I'll actually get, as that's exactly what happened. And will also try shopping around elsewhere first.

Tree is growing buds after about 45 Days, it did drop all it's leave and took awhile to grow buds, as stated by the seller, normal for this tree. Looking forward to it growing into a bonsai. Seller was amazing, as I was worried it was dead. Be patient, as it will take time to start budding.
