A beautiful keepsake necklace with your child's ACTUAL footprints etched permanently into hand cut, thick 20 gauge Sterling Silver.

One of our most popular personalized pendants, this makes a wonderful gift for a new mom, grandmother, aunt and Dad's! When selecting a necklace for Dad, we use a slightly longer and thicker chain. You have the option to select your chain type during check out.

Our footprint collection is also deeply meaningful as a keepsake for those who have lost a loved one.

We can etch or emboss your child's footprints into sterling and include their name as well. We finish your necklace with a sterling silver diamond cut bead chain that has been naturally oxidized and then polished to create a beautifully sparkly yet antiqued look.

ETCHING will remove metal and the design will be recessed into the metal.

We can also customize where the child's name is located and optionally include a birth date if desired. During check out, you will have options to select from to indicate where you would like any text on the necklace. Examples are shown in the photos.

Our etching process allows us to use your loved ones actual footprints from a scanned copy or photograph of their prints. If you have a question about whether your prints will work, please contact us and we will review it to make sure.

We use a natural process to oxidize (darken) the etched design that adds dimension to your necklace. This same process is used to apply an antiqued finish to our sterling silver chain.

Included in the listing is one (1) 25mm (1") sterling silver pendants, a sterling silver chain available in different lengths and styles. Choices are available during check out.

We recommend the antiqued bead chain in 20" for men.

RESIN JEWELRY: Clean with a soft damp cloth. Do not submerge in hot water. Keep in an airtight bag when not wearing. Remove when applying makeup, hairspray or perfume.

PEARL + DRUZY JEWELRY: Metals can be cleaned with a polishing cloth safe for sterling silver or gold filled jewelry. Do not use jewelry cleaning cloths, soap or chemicals on the druzy quartz stones or pearls.

ETCHED JEWELRY: Use a soft cloth or polishing cloth safe for sterling silver to remove tarnish. Do not polish the darkened areas of the jewelry as this will remove the oxidation (dark color). Store in an airtight back when not wearing.

If you have a digital file - send us the largest version you have via Etsy message or email to hello@sugarsidewalk.com. We can accept most file types. If you only have an original photo, artwork etc - you can send us a physical copy that will be returned to you (In perfect condition) with your jewelry.
