About this item
This handmade black leather sabretache is inspired by the one worn by Severian in the Book of the New Sun. I came up with the design after a good deal of research and also after having a personal conversation with Mr. Gene Wolfe about his concept of what a sabretache is.
The sabretache has an exterior flap that is closed by a spiked stud and an interior pocket closed by a snap. It is designed to hang from a belt. I will make a matching custom belt upon request (different from the belt and bag pictured, those were one offs and not available).
It comes in black leather only. What self respecting torturer's apprentice would have it any other way? ;)
