Screen Printed Item Care

For all of my screen printed goods, shirts, patches, etc., (and those you might buy from someone else) I highly recommend (unless your patch is printed on synthetic material) you iron the screen printed area prior to putting it to use. This makes sure the ink is fully bonded with the fabric before it contacts any kind of liquid! I also highly you wash only in cold water in your washing machine. Hot water loosens the fibers of your fabric and also causes dyes, inks, and thus colors to fade quicker! If you have any further questions, of course, please feel free to contact me! Please be sure to clean the application area before applying your sticker. If you do not do this, on say a car or water bottle, any residue beneath the sticker will allow moisture and other material to get beneath the adhesive. Over time this will cause the sticker to peel or flake off.

侘寂 (Wabi-Sabi) - A concept from 日本 culture and aesthetics. Though the majority of my work is not particular Japanese in influence (though some may be), I do subscribe to this aesthetic value. If you aren't familiar with it, you should check it out! In short, this means for things you order from my shop might not always look "perfect." For one, I am not a factory; everything is made in house with simple tools and machines - all my leatherwork is hand stitched! So you might get things with minor imperfects. This minor flaws add human character and thus adds to the aesthetic value in a Wabi-Sabi sense.

I do not re-ship items marked as delivered by mail carriers. Package and mail theft has become increasingly common in the past few years. Securing your mail is your responsibility. Additionally there are many tracking number scams going around and small price items on Etsy have been a huge target for these types of crimes. To avoid any related issues be sure that you have 1 (and only 1) address entered into the address lines for shipping in your Etsy account, and be sure this address is accurate. Items returned by the mail carrier because they are deemed "undeliverable" or marked return to sender due the wrong address being provided by the client are the clients responsibility.
