Most of my items are made to order. Therefore you can aske me for any changes that you wish (e.g. color, size, attachments).

Unless described I offer sterling silver posts for all earrings.

If you need hypo alergic metal I can change it at no extra cost.

If you need clip on post ask me and I can make change in most of the products at no extra cost.

If the parcel is:
- not picked up by the customer,
- the address provided is incorrect and parcel cannot be delivered,
- customer refuses to accept delivery

and post office ships back parcel to me, the return charge will apply to cover additional return shipping cost that includes 15-20 USD return shipping charges and (if product is returned from outside of UE) - 30 USD customs clearance charge
