Shop Policy

Our goal is to make you satisfied with your purchase. All products are made very carefully up to the last detail with respect to the customers! If you have any concern about your product, feel free to contact us. We always try to do our best for you!

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us before you return your item!

The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. Returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please send back the item and share with us the tracking number, for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please use the regular postal service, not courier services.

More information about the returns/exchanges:

-In case of refund for free shipping items, you will be charged the shipping costs that we paid to ship your order.
-In case of exchange, buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.
-The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
-Items with a discount of at least 50% are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective.
-Custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. In the case that you will receive your custom order damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).
-Custom orders are considered color changes instead of advertised product color, size 43 & 44, custom widths and half shoe sizes.
-Concerning orders that include more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers are not able to return all the pairs, but should keep at least 1 of them.
-The orders that the buyer refuses to receive, are non refundable.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping Policy

-All products are packaged with care and are placed in our signature boxes with a non-woven pouch. Would you like to make a gift to your beloved one? Then ask us to wrap your boxes!

-When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number so you can track your package.

-We ship from Athens, Greece to Worldwide via Fedex and DHL Express Worldwide services.

-Please provide us your telephone number because it’s required from the carrier in order to facilitate the delivery.

-Russia is excluded for DHL network, so we ship FREE with Hellenic Post a priority Registered Air mail (delivery time 8-15 business days).

-Customs & Import Taxes
🇺🇸 United States: Please note that due to recent updates regarding U.S. taxes and duties, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply to their order.

🇪🇺 European Union: Please note that within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

🌐 Worldwide / Other countries: Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply to their order in countries outside of the European Union.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Each pair is hand-decorated by our studio after production, using carefully selected materials such as floral lace, pearls, and secure adhesives suitable for fashion items.
We collaborate with a local artisan shoemaker in Greece. The leather (goat, lamb, or cow) is minimally processed with eco-friendly methods and dyed using non-toxic, skin-safe colors.
Standard EU sizing applies.
