The item is beautiful! However, it didn’t ship to me in time for my little one to wear it for his newborn pictures. It arrived a day after I was assured it would arrive.

I'm so sorry you didn't receive your order in time for your event. I shipped your order 6 days before your specific date. Transit time 4 days according to USPS. Your package arrived a day late because USPS failed to deliver it on time. I am responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once it reaches the post office it is no longer under my control. It is then the USPS responsibility to deliver parcels in a timely manner. Thank you!
