Our clothing labels are absolutely the best way to keep clothes out of the lost-and-found at school, daycare and camp. And to help parents differentiate between the dozens of similar pieces of (expensive) clothing at extracurricular activities like dance, swim, taekwondo, show choir, sports and more. Here's how to use them.

It's easy:

1.) Write on them with a regular ballpoint pen (Yessss!!) or fine-tipped permanent marker. (That's cool, too.)

2.) Wait for writing to dry. (This is an exercise in patience and is the hardest part, especially if you have little ones helping you.)

3.) Stick them onto the clothing tag or care tag. No iron needed! Make sure to smooth down really well for maximum adherence.

Washer and dryer safe. Wait 24 hours before laundering.

FAQ: Can you stick them directly onto the clothing? Our answer: Yes, you can. I do it all the time and stick onto clothing where a tag would typically be - this is where it probably won't stretch much. Fabric underneath could be stretched and pulled and the adhesion could possibly weaken.
