Here are the following sizes for the Ginger breads: The size is the size of the actual character. The stake elevates the character about 6 inches.

-Ginger Bread kids (all): 24 inches tall
-Ginger Bread Dad: 36 inches tall (on separate listing)
-Ginger Bread Mom: 30 inches tall (on separate listing)
