If you receive a garter in the wrong size, notify us within 2 business days with a photo of the garter next to a ruler. We will send a new garter if we made the error. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items in the correct size. Please review item descriptions and measurements carefully before ordering as all sales are final.

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Express shipping is available upon request, please contact us for pricing. Our products are made-to-order and customized to your selections, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy is common among bridal shops and ensures that you receive a brand new, never-worn accessory tailored to your order. We strive to keep shipping costs low and any return-to-sender shipping costs associated with mutually agreed-upon returns will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs of the original item.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with a digital picture attached to your message showing the issue. We will review the problem and respond to you. If possible, we will offer an exchange and ask that you send the item back with a delivery confirmation number. Once we receive the incorrect/damaged item, we will send a replacement. If an exchange is not possible, we will reimburse the cost of the item upon receiving the incorrect/damaged item. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. MadeForHerCouture does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for used or worn items.

If we don't receive a response within 48 hours, the customer will receive the item as pictured.

All of our garters are made using stretchy materials to provide a comfortable and secure fit. Please note that garters adorned with jewels or appliqués may weigh more than those made from flowers or materials. To ensure the perfect fit, we have a formula for jewelled garters that considers the weight of the embellishments.
