I custom designed this pattern for the awesome city of Portland, Oregon!!

The ribbon is fused and then sewn for extra durability to 1" wide nylon webbing. The collar features a curved black buckle, black slide and nickel d ring.
The leash features a double row of stitching at the handle and hook ends as well as very durable spring snap.
