THE DETAILS

✄ The hats are Laughing Giraffe brand and are labeled as 0-6 months, but are best sized for newborns as I have been receiving feedback that they run small.

✄ Laying flat the beanies measure approximately 16cm, there will be some variation from beanie as they are produced by hand in batches by my wholesaler.

✄ The hats are 100% cotton. These are not hospital standard hats.

✄ CPSIA compliant

✄ Just like infant clothing, the 0-6 month sizing is a guide given by the Laughing Giraffe brand and they, like other infant clothing companies, designate their sizing based on the overall average weight and size of babies. Since every baby is different and grows at different rates they will not necessarily fit in the exact monthly sizing given by each manufacturer.

✄ Machine was cold with like colors, tumble dry, and do not bleach

✄ I embroider each and every item in the USA to ensure quality, which can also lead to slight variations in placement

✄ Due to the custom nature all sales are final

✄ Based On Design and Color, Final Design Colors or Item Colors May Appear Slightly Different Than On Your Screen

Custom or personalized orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after order is placed. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on personalized items, unless it is there was an error due to the shop.

Digital mock-ups are available upon request, please take advantage of this service to ensure you will like the font you selected as returns will not be accepted for this reason. It is very important to read the description under each listing that provides detailed information about sizing, color, etc.

We do not accept returns on personalized items. However if there was an error in personalization due to the shop please contact us for information on a replacement.

Inquiries for a return/exchange due to disliking the font chosen are not accepted as I offer free digital mock-ups upon request.

Forced returns will not be accepted.

Shipping labels are printed through Etsy so please make certain the address is correct. If an item is returned to my shop for insufficient address, the customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping fee again to have it shipped to the correct address.

For physical items which were shipped, check your shipping address on file with Etsy. If the address is correct and the item is marked "DELIVERED" with USPS, please contact your local USPS office to inquire about locating the package. So excited to have our baby wear this hat home from the hospital! It shipped and arrived quickly and is very well stitched. The hat has enough stretch for slightly larger heads and the stitching stays intact when stretching the hat. Great quality!!
