Copper, brass and sterling silver all naturally tarnish over time and with frequent handling. Take care to store these metals in a cool, dry location and avoid excessive contact with water (swimming or bathing while wearing your jewelry). In addition, these are also metals that are softer than stainless steel. Constant rough use can cause scratches, nicks or dents to the surface of these metals. Take care to love your jewelry and treat it gently!
Keep your jewelry looking great by polishing your pieces with a cloth specifically designed for those materials.
Aluminum is a lightweight, soft metal which can nick or scratch over time. Simply wiping gently in one direction with a dry green scotch brite pad can restore the shine to your aluminum!

Please check our announcements and listings for actual processing times (these are different from shipping times) Usually we are at a 5-7 business day turn around (unless it is a busy holiday season - times will be posted on each item). We ship primarily using USPS using First Class Mail. Typically, orders delivered within the US take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be delivered. In some rare instances the postal service has taken longer to deliver packages. Though this is rare, please understand that this is completely out of our control.

Almost all our items arrive in their own customized gift box or individual bag. This allows for safe shipping and easy gift giving.
Invoices are not sent with any orders. You will receive a notification with tracking sent to the email you used during checkout immediately once we print your shipping label.
We post our processing times on all our items and they are also on your order. If you're wondering when your item will ship, please refer to the listing you purchased or your order.

At times, we do offer a "Rush my Order" listing in our shop. Details are included in the listing.
Please be aware that this only bumps your order to the top of our processing list. It does not include any expedited shipping. It will most likely not be available/possible during busy seasons.

Please understand that during certain times of the year, we do get very busy with orders and we simply may not be able to answer every single conversation. Aside from our Etsy shop, we also have young children that demand and deserve our attention. We may not be able to answer your questions immediately. Furthermore, we have worked very hard to include any relevant information regarding our products, their dimensions, materials, possible variations, etc. in our listings - please be sure to read them carefully. Almost all questions can be answered by reading the product listings.

We ship primarily using USPS First Class Mail (with the exception of the option to purchase Priority Mail with wine glasses) which does NOT automatically come with insurance. This means that if your item is lost or damaged unfortunately there is nothing the post office will do to refund your loss. We suggest purchasing the additional shipping insurance offered in our shop link that Etsy offers through a 3rd party. The terms are listed here: http://www.shipsurance.com/etsy/terms
In the event that your package is marked as lost by the post office or it arrives to you damaged, we can then assist you in obtaining a refund.

For fragile item such as wine glasses, there is always the possibility that they will be damaged in transit. We take care to wrap your item in bubble wrap/tissue and use boxes/bubble mailers to prevent this. If your item does arrive to you broken, you must send us a message with an attached picture of the item AND the packaging within 24 hours of delivery. This is the best way that we can go about making sure you get a new item.

The bracelet can be slightly adjusted by gently pushing the ends together or pulling them apart. It should be only adjusted once to fit your wrist. Continuous bending of the bracelet can misshapen and/or cause it to break. Make sure to treat your bracelet gently and with care.

While the blackening of the letters can possibly fade or wear over time and depending on how frequently you wear it, the stamping itself will not. Take care to avoid getting your bracelet wet in order to maintain a long life of the blackened in stamping!
