Are your designs customizable?

Yes, all my designs are customizable. You can choose your - colors - font style - favorite saying/quote - my design elements can be mixed and match - layout can be modified as well Also: It may happen that you like my design partially, and you saw a design element somewhere on the web and you want to incorporate that. In this case please contact me before purchasing, and let me see if your idea is doable.

Do you provide draft/proof

Yes, if you order cusomized and/or personalized item, I always make proof within 48 hours after your purchase. I will work with you on your proof until it's perfect. So we won't stop at one proof, will be made more drafts if neccessary. Proofing process is done when you are 100% happy with your design.

What to do if my item arrived damaged?

All my wall arts are packaged with care in sturdy packaging. Although in rear cases happens that parcel get damaged during shipping. If this might happen, please take a photo about your damaged packaging and item, and send them thorugh etsy message within 3 days to arrival. I will remake and reship your order of course for free of charge.

How to order a customized wall art?

1/ please add my item to your cart with clicking the "add to cart" button 2/ during checkout you will see a "notes to shop" box: here you can enter all your custom infos - Don't worry if you miss this box, you can send all the infos also thorugh etsy message to me after purchase! 3/ please proceed to checkout 4/ will be back to you with the proof within 48 hours to purchase

Can you print your designs both on paper and canvas?

Yes! All my designs are available on quality photo paper and also as gallery wrapped canvas. 1/ Professional PHOTO PAPER: it's very popular cause easy to handle and frame. I use so called lustre photo paper, which is half-matte. Not glossy, not fully matte, it's half-matte. Frame it and will be beautiful for a lifetime! 2/ Gallery WRAPPED CANVAS: It's museum quality stretched canvas, 1.25" gallery wrap. It's printed on genuine artist canvas using UV resistant archival inks, which will not scratch or fade. Each canvas comes with a finished black backing and ready to hang with pre-installed hanging hardware. No frame is needed!

Do you sell your designs also as a digital file?

Yes, you can purchase the digital/printable file only.
