• Regular size: letters are approx. 3.5"-7" tall, depending on the letter, and come with natural cotton twine. The "last fling" portion of the wording spans approx. 3 feet across; "before the ring" spans approx. 4 1/2 feet across.

• Large size: letters are approx. 5"-9" tall, depending on the letter, and come with sheer organza ribbon. The "last fling" portion of the wording spans approx. 4 feet across; "before the ring" spans approx. 6 feet across.

We do our best to design and make high quality products. However, if you are not satisfied or no longer need your order for any reason, we can accept returns for an non-customized item. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item(s) must be returned in new condition in the original packaging for a full refund. We do not refund the original shipping fees. Any product(s) that have been damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Any customized/personalized products (including banners, cake toppers, & cutouts) are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges.
