Production & Shipping Times

Production Time: Orders are handcrafted within 3–5 business days (not including shipping). During the holiday season, production may extend to 1–2 weeks. Shipping: Shipping time is separate from production. You’ll select your preferred shipping speed at checkout. Need it sooner? Please contact me prior to ordering, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate a rush.

Returns, Exchanges & Adjustments

Because each item is custom-made, personalized jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If we make an error, we will promptly correct it at no cost to you. If the wrong size was ordered or an adjustment is needed, we offer resizing services for a small fee. Please contact me for details. If you experience an issue, please message me—we’ll work together to find a solution.

Hand Stamping & Personalization Details

Each letter is stamped one at a time by hand. Variations in spacing, alignment, or depth are natural and add character to your one-of-a-kind piece. Because stamping leaves impressions on the back, we cannot stamp both sides of most discs. If you need more personalization, I can add additional discs or recommend thicker material to accommodate.

Once shipped, delivery times are out of my control. Please track your package using the tracking number provided. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have your package, contact your local post office right away with your tracking number—your carrier may know where it was placed. I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your Etsy account shipping information.

International Orders 🌍

International shipping can take 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination. Customs fees or taxes may apply once your package reaches its country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s import rules before purchasing. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees cannot be refunded.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging 🎁

Gift Wrap Upgrade: Jewelry arrives in a cotton-filled gift box with our logo, tied with ribbon—perfect for gifting. Standard orders arrive in a white or ivory organza bag. If your order is a gift, please let me know at checkout. I can exclude the receipt and include a handwritten gift note free of charge.

Jewelry Care Instructions

Over time, sterling silver, copper, brass, and even gold-filled jewelry may tarnish or darken naturally. Every sterling silver order includes a polishing pad—please do not throw it away! It can be reused multiple times. Additional pads are available in my shop. To extend the life of your piece: Avoid swimming or showering while wearing jewelry. Store in a zip-top bag when not in use to minimize tarnish. Normal wear and tear is not refundable, but if you have concerns, please reach out—I want you to love your keepsake for years to come.
