1. Make your purchase using your preferred payment method.

2. All invitations are customised for you! Please include the following information in the Notes to Seller box at checkout:
- Name of honouree
- Age being celebrated
- Event date and time
- Event Location and Address
- RSVP information (if not required, please specify)
3. Please provide the email address that you would like your invitation digital file/proof to be sent to. If no email address is provided, invitations will be sent to the email address that is on file with Etsy.
4. A proof will be sent to you within 48 hours. RUSH orders of digital files are available for an extra $10, and proofs will be delivered within 24 hours. To do so, simply purchase this listing in addition to the invitation here:

5. You then take you digital file and print unlimited copies at your local photo printing lab, on your home printer or at a professional printer, or you can send the JPEG file via text or email to your guests.

If you would like am A6 148mm x 105mm (4" x 6") square invitation format instead of a 5" x 7" format, please purchase a resize invitation listing. A6 invitation fit into A6 envelopes.

VistaPrint requires a modified size (182 mm x 117 mm). If you would like to print your digital file with VistaPrint, simply purchase a resize invitation listing.

When making your digital file purchase, please note that this is a digital file listing, and no printed invitations will be shipped to you. When making your purchase of the DIGITAL FILE, please advise me in the seller notes which one of the following three options you prefer:
1. PDF and JPEG file.
2. PDF x 2 (Choose PDF x 2 on A4 page to save on paper as I will prepare a layout with 2 invites with crop marks per A4 page).
All invitations come with a 3mm bleed around the edges and trim marks. Select the PDF file option when printing at home or at a professional printer. For the best results, print your custom designed invitation on white card stock, 200 gsm card stock.
Use the JPEG file for best results when uploading to VistaPrint for printing, or to send as an email/evite/text.
Invitations are 5"x7" (when trimmed) and are designed to match A7 envelopes.

Once you have approved your proof ( two free revisions are included with each digital file invitation purchase), your print-ready, hi-resolution file will be emailed to you. There will be a $5 revision/change fee for any changes requested and made AFTER the final proof has been approved and the final files emailed to you.
