Custom Orders- When you request a custom order, a custom listing will be created. This listing must be purchased before any work is done on your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Before creating a custom item, information such as color, size, and deadline should be provided upon submitting the request!

All of our clothing and towel designs are made with commercial grade heat transfer material and applied with a professional heat press to insure the proper heat and amount of pressure. We recommend that you wash clothing inside out in cold water, no bleach, dry low heat.
Do not use a iron on the vinyl.

WE DO NOT OFFER WHOLESALE OR BULK PRICING AT THIS TIME.

We do not offer gift wrapping at this point and time however, our packages come neatly packaged inside of our mailers that can easily be placed in a gift bag and ready for gift giving.

These times do not guarantee that you will have it in time due to current postal delays this only insures we are getting it in the mail in a reasonable amount of time to make it to you.

If your package is marked as delivered and you don't have it please reach out to your local post office and ask them for a GPS tracking. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
