Suggested uses for the cards:
*Pick an affirmation card at random. Write 200 or more words on the theme of the affirmative statement. Include specific examples and details.
*Use the photo as a writing or talk-therapy prompt.
*Create a piece of art or writing based on both the photo and affirmation together.
*Apply the cards in pairs or groups to facilitate discussion.
*Shuffle and choose a card at random as your theme for the day. Carry the card with you. Challenge yourself to be proactive in your actions and thoughts about the theme of the card.
