ℹ️ Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Starting August 29, 2025, new U.S. import regulations will apply to all orders shipped from outside the United States. This means that if you are based in the U.S. and place an order with our shop, you may be charged additional customs duties, taxes, or processing fees upon delivery. These fees are set and collected by U.S. authorities, and unfortunately we have no control over them. How to prepare the surface? The wall should be dry, light, smooth, clean, and dust-free. Manufacturer recommends to install the wallpaper 3 weeks after painting. I also do not recommend applying the wallpaper on walls painted with latex paint. My "peel and stick" material can be hanged and reaplied multiple times. Please make sure your wall is prepared correctly as the self-adhesive wallpaper may rip old or badly prepared coatings during re-application.

Right after receiving the product, make sure that the material is free of flaws. Place the wallpaper on a clean surface and check if the panels match one to another in correct sequence. Please, remember! After installation, I am unable to deal with any complaints. Product dimensions can vary +/- 2%.

Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order, and please provide your phone number in the order note. The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to Poland. As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer]. Fedex company informs: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.

I gladly accept returns for standard orders that do not exceed $1500 :) - contact me within 14 days of delivery - ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return Custom orders do not apply to returns&exchanges policy. The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense.

Unfortunately, (it is stated in Etsy policy) as a seller, I am not responsible of any customs charges or fees in other countries as for items coming from a different country. I also have no option to check how much and if there is any extra fee while shipping the order.

Unfortunately, I can't print metallic colors. I can prepare an imitation of gold/silver if that interests you as well! The actual color may vary slightly from your monitor and then on a final print. The scale and colors of the pattern used in the visualization may differ from those in the final print. Keep in mind that the colors of another panel can vary a little bit, due to a different print batch.

In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration.

**Self-adhesive wall mural**

My wall murals are printed on an innovative, **self-adhesive material**, which allows them to be applied and peeled multiple times!

The material I use is stain- and tear-resistant and sticks to any flat surface! Its main advantage is its wonderfully simple application: you can easily apply it yourself without getting any annoying air bubbles. It can also be easily removed without damaging the surface underneath. ★Peel&Stick!★

The dimensions of the wall mural are 98.4" x 98.4" (250x250cm). It will be delivered in equally-sized parts.
If you would like to have the mural printed in other dimensions, let me know!
Tip: I make wallpapers for exact dimensions. When you're not sure of your walls being perfectly straight, I recommend to add some inches extra, if you don't mind cutting the wallpaper by your own.

* Please note, if you need the custom size, the overal look of the mural can be slightly another than picture in the offer.
