Fabric
white, light weight nylon fabric is over layered with white net and edged lace.
Construction
There are 5 channels with 5 full sprung steel hoops. The net disperses the hoop lines and acts as an over petticoat giving your gown extra lift.
There are two side openings for access pannier pockets if you choose to wear them.
