No problem! You can request a rush customer order for an additional fee depending on the size and timeframe. If my current queue allows for adjustment, you will receive your portrait within the requested timeframe.

To capture the appropriate detail, I would recommend selecting at least an 8x10 portrait size for a 2-story or larger house. Depending on the width of the ranch style house, an 11x14 may be the most appropriate size.

Let me know at the time of your custom order, and I can create a custom print listing for you to purchase. Once your original home portrait is completed, I will document and process to have a high quality giclee print created for you.

All prints will be carefully packaged in a flat rigid mailer and sent via USPS First Class. All custom portraits will be packaged in the same manner and sent via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping upgrades are also available when completing your order.

Absolutely! In addition to the home photos, send a few of your furry friend. I'll create a custom order for you that includes the addition of a pet (typically the same cost as adding lettering).

I make the decision to fade or full bleed the edge based on the painting size, the addition of hand lettering, angle/shape of the house and the surroundings of the home. Let me know if you have a preference at the time of your order.
