On any returned item(s), you will receive a refund, minus initial shipping cost. We do not offer refunds on shipping or return labels. We will happily offer refunds within 14 days on product cost only. If you received free shipping on an order and wish to return the order, initial shipping is not refundable for any returned items for any reason. Your order will be refunded the initial product purchase price, less initial shipping. We cannot send large items to a PO Box. If your order is Returned to Sender/Refused due to an error or on the provided address or not having a mailbox at the destination location, customer is responsible for providing a corrected address and paying the shipping fee before we will reship/refund the order.

Custom and personalized orders

We encourage all custom order requests for larger quantity orders, first place a sample item order so that you are certain an item will work for you, your home, store or your restaurant. We can then place the full order and complete the full scale project to perfection. We are unable to offer returns for shutters, custom orders or custom colors. so we will do everything in our power to make sure your requested item is done perfectly on the first piece so that the remainder of the larger order will be absolutely perfect. There are no returns on installed items. Please note any item where you choose the color, size or dimensions is considered "Custom".

International orders can take 6-8 weeks to arrive, but most will arrive before that. On International orders, we cannot offer refunds for any order for any reason for unsuccessful delivery or lost packages. Once a shipment departs the United States we cannot guarantee the successful arrival as the United States postal service delivers the package to the destination country, and then it is up to the destination countries postal service to complete delivery to the addressee. We can only guarantee arrival of shipments inside the United States.

All shutter orders are considered "Custom" as they are made specifically for the size you choose when purchasing. Each handmade shutters is customized based on the dimensions submitted at the completion of checkout. So please remember the old saying; Measure twice, so we can be sure to cut once at the proper size for your home or project. If you order the incorrect size by mistake, we cannot accept a return or exchange. In the event a shutter arrives damaged due to shipping, please let us know right away so we can help with filing an insurance claim on the package and do our best to replace the broken item once the claim is fulfilled. From the beginning the customer service was amazing. Kyle answered all my questions very quickly. My order was completed and shipped the next day. I did have some shipping issues but it was no fault of the seller. I reported my issue and Kyle immediately sent a replacement. My shutters are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I applied a transparent stain to protect them but otherwise the color is the exactly the same as I received them. They were great to work with getting me custom sizes and quick to ship! I added real hinges as decorative and I love them! They really tied my entire new house painting together.
