I want to get my own design for one of your products. How does that work?

Most of our items may be customized to suit your needs. Simply send us a message with your request and we get back to you within 1-3 days. There is a customization fee for changes to a design but there is no charge to change colors of the ink, fabrics, backgrounds, etc.

If I am ordering your wedding invitations, do I get to see them before you ship them out?

YES! For all our Wedding Invitations, Save the Dates, Bridal Shower Invitations, and all other party invites, whether pre-designed or custom made, we will email you a digital proof. As a matter of fact, we provide you with 3 complimentary proofs so you can double and triple check to make sure that everything is perfect. This way, we know that you are completely satisfied before we even begin the printing process.

I like one of your invitations but would like to change the wording. Is that possible?

Yes, you are able to change the wording on any of our invitations. We actually encourage our brides and grooms to change the wording on the Invitations to make them unique. So go wild and be creative!

Do you offer Foil Stamping for your invitations?

Yes, we can do foil stamping for most of our invitation designs and offer a variety of foil colors to choose from. Simply send us a message with the invitation you would like to have foil stamped and we will send you over a quote.

How do I order my invitations? What is the process?

For most of our invitation orders, the first step in ordering is to purchase the $100.00 deposit and provide us with your details/wording in the "Notes to Seller" section. We will then send you your first proof within 1-3 business days. From there, we will get started on working with you one-on-one to create your gorgeous invitations. Once you are satisfied with the proofs and are happy with the way your invitations look, we will get started on the printing stage. The remaining balance must be paid for before we ship your invitations out. You will then receive notification as soon as your invitations are sent out in the mail.

How far ahead of time should I order my invitations?

The ordering process from order to delivery typically takes 3-5 weeks but is dependent on the quantity and on how quickly you are able to get us all the information we need to get started and finalize your proofs. Once you have approved your final design, we will generally ship 10-15 business days from the date of your final approval. This is an estimated time only and may change. It is best to contact us in regards to our current processing times. We do recommend ordering your invitations as soon as all of your information (time, date, venue, etc.) is finalized. Invitations are generally sent out 6-8 weeks before the wedding, so you’ll want to start the ordering process at least 12-14 weeks before your wedding, if not sooner.

What's included with my Wedding Invitations?

Your wedding invitation sets will include the following(unless otherwise stated in the listing description): - Invitations - Invitation Envelopes - RSVP Insert - RSVP Envelopes Additional inserts and accessories such as pocket fold enclosures, belly bands, background matting, etc. are available at an additional cost. It is best to read the description of each listing to see what exactly is included in your order. If you have any questions, send us a quick message and we will be more than happy to assist you.

What paper and/or cardstock do you use for your wedding invitations?

We use 2 types of cardstock for our wedding invitations and sets. - 130 lbs UV Cardstock: This cardstock is used for dark colored background invitations and invitations with multiple dark colors. It is sturdy and comes in a high Gloss UV coating. UV coating makes your printed piece eye catching, and is perfect for products that can benefit from a rich, glossy and dramatic look. Reverse of invitations will remain in a Matte finish. - 130 lbs Matte Cardstock: This cardstock is used for most of our invitations which consist of a white background. It has a smooth Matte finish, sturdy and renown for it’s rich, velvety feel. It has a consistent surface that keeps colors rich and images vivid which create stunning wedding suites.

What color envelopes do you offer?

We offer a variety of different colors for our high quality envelopes, pocket fold enclosures, belly bands, matting layers, and more. These come in either the Matte finish or Shimmer/metallic finish. Simply check out our color chart and start to mix and match the colors that you will need based on your wedding color palette.

Ordered this card stock for my wedding invitations. The card stock is beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for. The timing was unfortunate due to COVID, so shipping was lengthy but I don’t think anyone could have prevented that. My four star rating is honestly only due to the seller communication. I had to message them several times and the length of time it took for them to get back to me needs to be improved. A couple of times it was only a day or so for a response, but the remainder of response times were very lengthy...I would wait days with no response and would message again and still no reply. Frustrating when you have a timeline for wedding invitations, but the actual product was great.

The cardstock was not as described, the edges were poorly cut and is NOT metallic. I needed this product for a specific project and can not use i. I was charged $31.00 for a pack of paper I could get at Michaels for $6.99! I feel scammed and the seller doesn't respont to my request for refund based on "item not as described "issues. I have sent photos and screenshots of receipts and the paper itself. I have been patient and I ant to return this misrepresented product.

The product is nice but it took a long time to ship. About 3 weeks to receive my order. I can understand that COVID-19 may have something to do with the delay in shipping. However, I ordered a lot of one product and spent a lot of money and the size was too small for what I was needing it for. I didn’t open any of the packages and was wanting to return the card-stock cause I won’t be able to use it and the seller refused. Due to these difficult times, it was upsetting to know I am out the money. So be aware prior to purchasing as you will not receive a refund if needed or any accommodations.
