You can write the name in the 'note to seller' message box after you proceed to check out. I will receive this note together with your order.

Please keep your jewelry dry. Take your necklace off before showering.
Store your jewelry in a small zip lock bag when not in use.

I use a special non toxic enamel ink to bring out the lettering. Please avoid using body creams or spray perfume on your jewelry, it might dissolve the ink.
If you lose the black in your lettering you can take a Sharpie pen, trace the lettering with pressure and wipe off the excess with a soft cloth.

If your copper or jewelers brass pieces tarnish you can polish them back to shine with a soft cloth.
If they tarnish badly, use a bit of Ketchup and polish them with a soft cloth. If the black enamel ink is lost, proceed to apply Sharpie pen as described above.

Your orders are mailed in a lovely organza gift bag and safely packed in a bubble mailer. Please let me know if you mail the item as a gift. I will gladly add a gift card at no additional cost with your personal note and mail the parcel without payment info.

Hand stamping is done with letter stamps. I hammer every single letter one by one into the metal stamping blanks to create the words.
Sometimes words and letters don't exactly line up, or the spacing is a little different than in the listing picture. Please don't regard this as faulty - it is the charm of hand stamping. I only ship items that I regard as highly satisfactory.

My current processing time is 1-2 business days, which means: I will ship your item 1-2 business days after you order it.
