What if my package has been lost?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered items. All items are shipped to the address on file that you provided at the time of order. We will try our best to help you work with your local post office to locate your item, but beyond the tracking information given to us by the shipper, we rely on the local offices for full investigation. If you feel your item has been stolen, please contact your local police department to file a report.

Can I return socks or boxer shorts?

Do to the intimate nature of socks and hosiery items as well as boxer shorts, these items are not returnable for exchanges.

All of our apparel items are prepared by us in our Minnesota design studio. We use commercial grade equipment and materials to add graphics to blank apparel. Proper care is crucial to the life of your garment. For best results, we recommend laundering items in cool or warm water and drying on low unless specific instructions are sent with your item to hang dry. Do not iron over the graphic area on any apparel.

When will my order ship?

During the year, we typically have a 5 to 10 processing time in effect for all orders. This may be extended during high volume periods, such as the holidays. Other items, such as socks, are often subject to shorter processing windows of 4 to 6 days. Please note that we are creating each piece individually for you and do not use print servers or other partnerships to craft our items. Our processing times are in place for lead time on all orders prior to shipping. Shipping will extend the time it takes to receive your items by an additional 2-5 days depending on the shipping speed you select. Selecting priority mail does not speed up the processing time of your order and only speeds up the actual time your item is in transit.

I need to exchange an item

You can exchange your item for another item from our shop as long as the item you received is not a custom order. We do not offer returns and exchanges on custom items. We are also unable to exchange socks or boxer shorts due to the intimate nature of these items. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size in a t-shirt, we can work with you to exchange your item for the correct size. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items to us in their original condition.

I live locally to you - can I arrange to meet you to pick up my order?

All orders processed and paid through Etsy must be handled by our shipping services, currently USPS and FedEx. We wish we could meet with each and every one of you to personally hand deliver your orders, but we rely on our shipping services to take care of that for us.

I love this shirt! I believe I accidentally ordered a size too big, but it's still very comfy and perfect for the occasions that you need to be your inner Gallagher! I've washed it several times now, and it has held up beautifully! It's not cheaply made at all, it's very good quality lettering and material. Everybody is envious of this shirt and wants to know where to get it, can't wait to send them this way!
