Our handmade ring dish is the perfect size for keeping your special rings safe while washing up or sleeping. This ring holder bowl makes a perfect birthday gift for her or Mothers day gift for Mum. This ring dish will be treasured for years to come.

This ring holder bowls measures a pretty 5.5cm diameter by 2.5cm high (each will be slightly different in size, shape and decoration).

THE MAKING OF OUR RING DISH:
1. Slip (liquid porcelain clay) is poured into our handmade plaster molds.
2. After 10 minutes the slip is poured out leaving the skin of a bowl behind. After a little while the bowl dries slightly.
3. A real flower from my Cornish Country Garden is pressed into the damp clay.
4. The bowl is removed from the mold and finished by hand.
5. When dried the bowl is biscuit fired to 1000 degrees C.
6. The bowl is the glazed - special paints are handpainted on to the flower and the inside of the bowl.
7. The bowl is high fired to 1260 degrees C.
8. Once cooled the bowl has mother of pearl lustre applied to the rim and is refired to 780 degrees C.

I then package the ring bowls in my rustic style gift box and send on to you.
