I like to think we have a return policy based on fairness and common sense. It breaks into 1 of 2 scenarios as following.

Returns policy.

1. Returning a non-customized item.
if it arrives and was not what you expected, the customer can return the item, and the customer receives a full refund

2. Customized orders/designs
if your wallet has been customized ie has had initials stamped on it or if the wallet design itself is a one off design specifically requested by the customer we reserve the right to decline refund the item on a whim, ie customer simply changing their mind in the case of no major fault with the item itself, (all custom orders are photographed as an anti-fraud measure)

we currently do, but from July 2018 that will no longer be. Due to Etsys decision to add a 5% sales charge on the delivery we will no longer offer tracking and sign for postage, only regular airmail.

I'm afraid this means that we will not be able to provide additional delivery status information to customers and we will treat items lost in the mail with high skepticism and do not claim responsibility for missing parcels.
