I initially messaged the seller (twice) with a shipping question and received no response which was disappointing. I went ahead and ordered the item for my daughter’s 24th birthday present. I would have liked to have the option of a real gold chain, but the pendant is very pretty. Larger than I thought. And my daughter loved it. Shipping was speedy from Australia to Florida and was happy to be able to track the shipment.
