Vintage 1940s-1950s woven straw black handbag with gold hardware. Looks like designer 1950s Lesco Lona handbags, but printed label inside has worn off. The interior is lined with clear plastic, which was probably done later, and it could be removed or cut out.

Engraved gold tone hardware top closure is gorgeous, the woven raffia has shine and depth, and the intricacy of the weave on the top handle strap is so unusual, rather than the expected leather strap. Great retro 50s pinup rockabilly handbag, VLV black evening bag, for pin-up looks...

CONDITION: EXCELLENT Exterior is fantastic with no flaws found, just beautiful. Interior lined in clear plastic, one small crack on side of plastic, does not affect looks or use at all.
