If you order a bracelet, I do need an exact wrist measurement. Use a measuring tape or string and be sure it is taut – no gaps. Please do not add extra space to compensate for a comfortable fit. I take this into consideration when making your bracelet to ensure your bracelet will fit properly! If you add more length than what the measurement indicates, you will have a bracelet that is most likely too big or too long for you.

Wrist measurements are not needed for 'slide' bangle style bracelets.

I welcome custom orders. Please know that if you do place a custom order, this jewelry is made specially for you! Custom orders are not returnable - they are final sales. If for some reason you want changes made to your jewelry once you receive it, I will be more than happy to do this for you, however there may be an additional fee.

I use all high quality materials for my jewelry.
All my jewelry is nickel free, lead free and all hypoallergenic.
I use surgical steel posts for all my post-stud style earrings.
I use all high quality chains.
I carefully choose my jewelry supplies keeping in mind there are many customers with sensitive skin, not to mention to ensure high quality and durability of the pieces!

My turnaround time does change depending on how many orders I receive daily. However it usually is between 2 days and 8 days. Occasionally it will be slightly longer if I go out of town for a weekend or receive a larger number of orders than usual. If you need something rushed, please message me . . . .this is usually not a problem (depending on the piece). I try not to charge for 'rush' orders as I know how expensive weddings can be and these frivilous fees are frustrating for any bride.
