Materials: Porcelain Clay Body, Recycled Up cycled Glass Melted Fused

Amanda Alizarine hand sculpted these unique Yoni Pendants. The shapes are voluptuously sculptural and organically symmetrical. The inside sparkles subtly with translucent pale smoky lavender, resembling amethyst (the smaller of the two is a bit paler, almost mauve color). This effect was achieved by filling the pendant with broken Recycled Glass before placing it into the kiln. The porcelain was then hi-fired, rendering the clay rock hard. Great care has been taken to round and soften all edges of the clay to prevent snagging and scratching.
