Tracking & Shipping information

In order to optimize shipping, we have upgraded our shipping services, to enable faster delivery and better tracking: -Door to door service available to USA customers. -Priority Mail, service to Belgium, England, Germany, Netherlands, France, Canada, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and Australia. -The third option, available to all other countries, is International Registered Mail.

If fast delivery is required please select the express shipping upgrade, in the shopping cart, when ordering. US DELIVERY 2-3 DAYS. Please send your phone number in the order notes or in a Convo (it help expedite the delivery)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return shipping costs will be paid also for free shipping items. A refund will be issued for the item cost less the standard shipping cost. Custom and personalized orders- Re-sizing fees may apply.

Use a soft cloth for cleaning (cloth, especially designed for jewelry, can be purchased in every jewelry shop). Silver jewelry can also be cleaned using tooth paste and a soft tooth brush. Please make sure your drain is plugged shut before cleaning. Lost jewelry in your sink, will not be replaced..... : )

Please make sure that the address you have listed in Etsy is correct - this is the target address. Packages returned to us, due to wrong address (or no claim) will be re-shipped with additional shipping costs. If you change address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. If you change address after shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address change. If shipping is done to your work space, hotel or any other public location - Although we will do our best to assist, we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.

GAUGE size is the thickness of the wire that goes inside your piercing hole. You can tell your size by measuring your current piercing with a ruler. ♦ 22g - 0.6mm or .025 inch - The ruler measurement will be slightly OVER the 1/2 millimeter. ♦ 20g - 0.8mm or .031 inch - The ruler measurement will be slightly BELOW the 1 millimeter. ♦ 18g - 1mm or .039 inch - The ruler measurement will be EXACTLY 1 millimeter. ♦ 16g - 1.2mm or 3/64 inch - The ruler measurement will be slightly OVER the 1 millimeter. Inner DIAMETER is the measurement of the widest portion of the hoop from inside edge to inside edge.
