Absolutely, you can have as many as you want provided they are not limited edition or end of line stock. Volume discounts are available, please message to enquire about custom and bulk orders.

Royal Mail states their aim is 7-14 working days. However this seems to vary a lot after leaving the UK. It can sometimes take longer than this. Please don’t keep messaging me asking where your parcel is, if I’ve marked it as dispatched then it is on it’s way, once it has left me here I have no control over it’s journey.

Of course, you can have any colour choker and charm combination. Just message me, I can also do custom chokers. I have a LOT of charms!
All chokers will be 30cm unless otherwise requested ~ you can have the choker any size, just leave a note to seller on your order.
IMPORTANT - if you change the colour or size of the choker it will then be classed as a custom order and will therefore be non-returnable.

I do accept returns and give full refunds with a valid reason, the item must be in original packaging and condition. See shop policies for conditions of return. Please contact me before leaving negative reviews or opening cases to give me a chance to resolve any issues you may have. If you chose to open a case or leave 1 star reviews without contact me for resolution this may affect the conditions of your returns/refunds and you will not be eligible for a replacement item.

If an item or the packaging has been damaged in the mail, it’s VERY IMPORTANT to take photos and send them over to me in a message and we sort a replacement or a refund. Without photo evidence there’s less chance of a resolution as this will be your evidence. Do not throw the item away - You will need to return the item in whatever condition you can. Also I would encourage you to let your local sorting office know that the parcel has been damaged.

This does vary somewhat from item to item and depending on time of year. Generally items will ship 1-2 weeks after ordering. Every item is guaranteed to ship within 2 weeks, most items will ship sooner than this. If you order multiple items or a custom it may take a bit longer before shipping. Please feel free to message me for information on shipping times.

Cancellations are not accepted as items are handmade to order so materials will be purchased for your order and I will begin to make the items. By this time it is too late to cancel and return your payment. Please bear this in mind. Thank you for your understanding.

Predominantly my items are aimed at adults, most items can be worn by children however there are care instructions, small parts and delicate fastenings or clasps so supervision is always advised. Some items can be adapted for a child, if you have something in mind or any other enquiries feel free to message me.
